OUR STORY

A family of gourmands

Once upon a a time there was a family of four from Toulouse, who loved creating delicious, french pastries and ice-hockey. In (YEAR?) they moved to Oulu, Finland, and opened their own patisserie, called Mon Chou.

Mother-son duo Gabe and Julie are the pastry chefts of the family.

Only the best ingredients

We select our ingredients carefully: only best chocolate from Ghana and Basque country, Vanilla from Madagascar, violets from France.
We are constantly seeking for the very best things to make even more delicious creations.

Coffee, tea or hot chocolate

Try our special Mariage Freres teas! These French classics cannot be found in any other place in Finland.

Our hot chocolate is made with real, 70% chocolate. It will warm you up, no matter how cold it is outside!
